Date & Time Calculators

Age, date differences, durations, work hours, and countdowns — every date and time calculation in one place.

About our date & time calculators

Calendar math is deceptively hard. Months have four different lengths, leap years add a day, “a month from January 31st” doesn’t exist, and business-day counts have to skip weekends. These calculators handle every one of those edge cases correctly, which is exactly where mental math and spreadsheet formulas tend to fail.

The tools split into two families. Date calculators answer “how far apart?” and “what date will it be?” — exact age in years, months, and days; days between dates split into weekdays and weekends; and N days, weeks, months, or years before or after any date, in calendar or business days. Time calculators handle durations: adding and subtracting hours and minutes, hours between clock times (including overnight shifts), and full weekly timecards with breaks, overtime at time-and-a-half, and gross pay.

They’re used for deadlines and contract windows, visa and notice periods, payroll and timesheets, pregnancy and age milestones, and event countdowns. Every result names the day of the week, because “March 14th” matters less than “that’s a Saturday.”
